Creating a rogue using non lethal / grapple methods of dmg

Advice

Liberty's Edge

I was wondering if it is even worth looking it trying to make a rogue that works more around nonlethal dmg with the feat sap master?

Also is it possible to utilize the jawbreaker treeline of feats, and any other feats that allow me to do dmg while grappling?

I thought maybe trying to use these ideas would give some new flavor to trying out rogues or monks in a different way than normal. Not sure if it is worth looking into. Any thoughts?

Keep in mind that there are creatures immune to nonlethal damage, notably undead and constructs. Either have a plan B or accept being useless against these.

Jawbreaker etc. run off uses of stunning fist which is dependent on your monk level mostly. Sap master runs off sneak attack which is dependent on rogue/ninja level. You'd need to pick one or the other to focus on, and you may not have a feat spare for accomplished sneak attacker even considering how many feats combat maneuvers can want.

Liberty's Edge

This is true, thankyou for the help. It looks like the non lethal might be a big dead end, while the grappling path I will ha e to look into more.

Silver Crusade

the best non lethal dmg rogue is by far the sap master with enforcer feat.
A Grappler is a best on a brawler etc

A Grappler is a best on a brawler etc

Looking into a better grappler, i noticed the archetype strangler in the brawler class.

Thinking of combining that archtype with unchained monk for total of 10 levels and than maybe taking levels in alchemist for some bonus flavor.

feats:
agile manuevers
jawbreaker
bonebreaker
neckbreaker
improved grapple
greater grapple

To top it off my char race would be a goblin.

possible feats:
vital strike
improved vital strike
greater vital strike
