Difficult role playing scenario

I am in a group which includes experienced, novice and new players, and one of the PCs is an Orc fighter while I am playing an Elf Ranger. How far do I take my hostility toward the Orc without screwing up the game for others? I am unsure how to role play this without nuking the whole game.

Also, flagging for move out of PFS forums, as full-blooded orcs aren't legal in organized play.

Nope. There was one singular copy of a boon that allowed a half-orc to take orc-only racial options, but that's it.

I would take the opportunity to talk to the Orc player about role-playing opportunities between the both of you. I had a Dwarf fighter that adventured with a Drow Rogue in one campaign. The characters constantly bickered and made snide comments at one another but both of us knew it was just role-playing fun.

I remember one instance where the GM passed around a piece of paper to get an abbreviated party data sheet. When it got around to me, the player with the Drow had already written his info down. So where he wrote down "Drow" for his race on the sheet, I added "stinkin' dirty" in front of it. The player later saw it and thought it was hilarious.
