Is the spell a spell trap?

Can it be detected using Trapfinding and Perception?

Can it be disabled using Trapfinding and Disable Device?

The word "trap" is not mentioned in Forbiddance's description. Furthermore, I don't believe there's any listed "Forbiddance Trap" on the list there - although it's possibly you COULD create such a thing, it seems clear to me that Forbiddance, as normally cast, is not counted as a trap for any purpose.
