Lots of feats that let you change the result of an intimidate check (teamwork feat to play goodcop badcop, feat to make them angry) that are absurdly specific and terrible. None that I can find that replace other skills, though a couple ways to replace intimidate with another skill or your BAB.
Call Out could be fun, but is a rule nightmare. Possibly worth using for a Brawler occasionally, but not a feat I would ever consider actually taking.

call out seems interesting, and no replacing intimidate with another skill would down grade it significantly as ill be taking intimidating prowess for str to intimidate in addition to cha so my intimidate will be massive

You can always just threaten people into pretending they belive you...
Terifying mask tifeling only, in place of some Sense Motive vs humanoids
Terrorizing Display and Taskmaster. Hobgoblin and whips only. Give Allies morale bonuses by demoralizing them.
Visceral Threat in place of bluff for feinting.
Tantrum Gnome only and only while raging. In place of bluff to feint, but feint bonus lasts till you hit them, not till you attack them.

Or, find a charismatic speaker. Someone with connections in the community, who can influence people and who is well liked. Kidnap their children and threaten to do even more horrendous things to them if they fail to assist you. No feats needed.
There are rules for long term coercion somewhere...
Oh cool, they made it into the srd.
