Kineticists and Uncained Rogues

Advice

Grand Lodge

Does anyone know if the Unchained Rogue Weapon Finesse class ability works for the Aether blast of a telekineticist? I would think the Aether blast counts as a light weapon. And, since you can apply feats to the Aether blast it only makes sense that class abilities work as well. Thoughts?

Sczarni

If you have a way of turning a Kinetic Blast into a Light Weapon, such as with Kinetic Blade or Kinetic Whip, then Weapon Finesse would apply to it.

Flagged for the Advice Forum.

Liberty's Edge

Be great is correct. The blast itself is ranged and thus not foreseeable but the blade and whip are.

There is a pretty long thread on this topic in the rules area.

No, they're rogues with the really high AC to avoid getting struck by Ezren's cane.

Maybe it's how one describes the Sisterhood of the Sightless Eye once old Deckard has moved on to Lut Gholein.
