Awakened Mind (5th ed in PF?)

Advice

Is there anything in PF, preferably available to Wizards, that mimics the Awakened Mind ability of the Warlock from 5th?

Thanks.

And what does that ability do?

Awakened Mind

Starting at 1st level, your alien knowledge gives you the ability to touch the minds of other creatures. You can communicate telepathically with any creature you can see within 30 feet of you. You don't need to share a language with the creature for it to understand your telepathic utterances, but the creature must be able to understand at least one language.

Hmm, nope, don't think there's an Arcane Discovery, feat or archetype that lets you do that. There's the Telepathy spell, of course, which does exactly what you'd want to do. Telepathic Bond is another option, but that only allows you to talk to a limited number of creatures which must all be willing.

Nothing rules based, but I would definitely allow this is a replacement divination school power.

An outer channeler psychic who chooses Aeon as their outsider type gets this ability at will at 13th level to 100', or most other psychics get it at 17th level.

At the other end of the level scale there's Mindlink but that costs a spell, is one way and has a range of touch. Message isn't telepathy but it can look like it.

Or there's Telepathy or Telepathic Bond as Nixitur mentioned of course.

I think there might be an alternate Lashunta racial ability that gives them 30' telepathy.

Take Improved Familiar for an Imp Counselor (8th level).

The Imp has telepathy, so it can act as a "translator" between you and the other creature.
