You have two claw attacks unless you have additional limbs with claws.
In the event you gain claw attacks from two separate sources (racial claw attacks and class claw attacks), choose which one is applying.
For example, a catfolk with the cat's claws alternate racial trait has two claw attacks that deal 1d4 damage as a primary attack. If they take the Draconic Sorcerer bloodline, they also gain the claws bloodline power that deal 1d4 damage. They still only have two claw attacks, but can choose which of these to use. At 7th level, their bloodline claw attack increases to 1d6 damage. Their natural attacks from their race still remain 1d4 damage unless they use their bloodline ability to apply the increased benefits.

The barbarian's choices of attack sequences are:
Two-handed weapon or One-handed weapon wielded with two hands
3 attacks
One attack with Weapon at full BAB, one attack at BAB-5, and one attack at BAB-10. All adding 1 1/2xSTR to damage. No claw attacks.
No weapon: 2 claw attacks at full BAB adding 1xSTR to damage
One-handed or light weapon, wielding with one hand.
4 attacks. 3 weapon, 1 claw.
Weapon attack at full BAB. Weapon attack at BAB-5. Weapon attack at BAB-10. Claw attack at BAB-5. All weapon attacks are at 1xSTR to damage. Claw attack is at 1/2xSTR to damage.
I'm assuming no two-weapon fighting. Two-weapon fighting would mean no claw attacks, because you're using both hands to make weapon attacks.

There's also exotic outliers such as the dwarven boulder helmet or barbazu beard weapons that could theoretically allow you to attack with both claws as secondary weapons in addition to your primary manufactured weapon attacks, but it's not really worth building a character around.
Essentially the claw attacks are just a nice freebie that mean you're never disarmed. Unless you're an eidolon, you're typically going to have better options for attacking.

"When making a full attack action, a hasted creature may make one extra attack with one natural or manufactured weapon.
If attacking with manufactured and natural weapons: No.
Ummm.....what?
If you are full attacking, you pick one natural or manufactured weapon and get an extra attack with it.
It doesn't matter if you make all your attacks with manufactured weapons, all your attacks with natural weapons, or some combination.
You pick one weapon. You make one extra attack.

My response was in reply to the above question about whether haste would grant a third claw attack.
Is the player attacking with just claws? Yes, they get a third claw attack.
Is the player attacking with a manufactured weapon and claws? No, they don't get a third claw attack and an additional manufactured weapon attack. They only get one extra attack from haste, although technically I suppose they could use it to grant an extra claw instead of a manufactured weapon attack if they wished, provided they have a hand free.

In the context of his question (Barbarian with no manufactured weapon, making two claw attacks), yes he gets a 3rd claw attack.
In some other different hypothetical, if the Barbarian does have a weapon and one free hand, he can make iterative attacks with the weapon, one with the unoccupied claw, and one extra attack with either the weapon or the claw (but not both).
Your answer "If attacking with manufactured and natural weapons: No." doesn't address the situation he presented, and is easily read to say you wouldn't get any haste attack if you attack with weapons and natural weapons.
In the situation you describe, since they had a free hand to get a first claw attack, they would pretty much have to have that same hand free to take a haste attack, don't you think?
