Strong jaw on self

Rules Questions

Can a druid cast strong jaw on himself while wild shaped? I thought the answer was yes until I dug a bit deeper. For target the spell says creature touched. If it was you also, it would say "you or creature touched". Furthermore in the spell description it states "Laying a hand upon an allied creature’s jaw....." basically saying it can't be cast on oneself, however every time I read a thread I see so many people speaking about self buffing with it, but it does not seem possible RAW.

There's nothing in the Pathfinder rules preventing you from touching yourself.

You can in fact touch yourself...

Ally: Do you count as your own ally?

You count as your own ally unless otherwise stated or if doing so would make no sense or be impossible. Thus, "your allies" almost always means the same as "you and your allies."

No read the description though it's pretty black and white "Laying a hand upon an allied creature’s jaw, claws, tentacles, or other natural weapons, you enhance the power of that creature’s natural attacks. Each natural attack creature makes deals damage as if the creature were two sizes larger than it actually is.

Why wouldn't they have wrote the target as "you or creature touched" like they do for spells like Freedom of Movement

Scarab Sages

You count as your own ally.

Cure spells are worded the same way. If your table allows the cleric to cure his own wounds, then the druid can strong jaw himself.

well put, that will be my reference if GM makes it an issue. Thanks.
