What should I play.

Advice

So my 7th level archaeologist bard just bit the dust and I don't believe in resurrection so I'm making a new PC.

The party consists of Ork Barbarian, Aaasimar Arcanist, Human Kineticist (Earth), Tiefling Summoner (Synthesist), and Suli Cleric.

Yes... the GM said he was cool with anything and so the cheese started in full.

I'm pretty much narrowed down to slayer, sanctified slayer inquisitor, or seeker oracle. Basically anything with trapfinding beside rogue and archaeologist bard.

Trapfinding trait from Mummy's Mask is available but this GM tends to buff traps so I'm not really trying to go in half-ass like that.

What do you guys think would be the best bet to fill any holes you might see in group composition.

Sounds like you have more than enough melee. TBH, Trapfinding's main draw is finding magical traps, which is easily accomplished by a cantrip. I would just try to nab buffs to DD and Perception, and do a ranged character. Gunslinger would be fine, the gun paladin archetype, or just a bow fighter. Use traits and feats to beef up DD and Perception (and make them class skills), and you'll be fine. Even buffed up, traps shouldn't be much of a problem. Just in case, keep a 10-foot pole on you.

Wand of CLW + Detect Magic + an 11ft pole is the best anti trap build you can get

Other than anti trap what do you want to do for your party?
An Archer bard could do some good ranged damage while providing a nice boost to the rest of the party
A tower shield fighter could offer complete protection for at least 1 ally while providing some nice battlefield control
A psychic/psychic bloodline sorcerer could add subtlety and solid ranged damage
A witch could add a secondary healer and a strong debuffer
A caster style druid could add battlefield control and nature skills

And out of the options you gave I would go oracle

Silver Crusade

For dealing with traps:
An Investigator is one option. Another is a Crypt Breaker Alchemist (works best in a campaign with plenty of corporeal undead and constructs).

Honestly my favorite classes are Inquisitor, cleric, and Bard. In fact those are the only classes I have played in Pathfinder Nd I have been relatively active since day 1 of the system. So now I have a chance to branch out with this big and good group with an awesome gM. Stuck between something new. Like Oracle, simple like Slayer, or staying with old faithful and gong with Inquisitor.

Only way I can choose is get as much input as possible, so I threw it up on the boards.

Haunted Seeker Oracle of Battle is my current lean, but I'm not convinced of it at all

If you are looking at Slayer, do try the new Ankou Shadow archetype. It seems awesome.

Battle oracles are awesome. They become way more awesome once quickened divine favor comes online so consider that in your build. Oracles have a few awesome archtypes. Spirit guide for versatility, Dual cursed for amazing support, Warsighted to be a melee monster, Ancient Lorekeeper for amazing spell access. Some stack I belive but I have not looked at which ones in a while.

If you like melee Cleric battle Shamans are good, though a bit harder to build than oracles.

Empirisist Investigator is right up there with Iquisitors and Bards for utility, maybe ahead depending on the build, and can be built in to a melee monster.

I like the Turncoat Slayer. It's a small archtype that makes the class a bit more social. What I like about the class is they can trap find but have robust enough AC and HP to be at the from of the pack.

Classes that I love to play druids (for the adaptability), mesmerists (The chess masters class. Set up everything before the fight and watch it unfold), any mounted halfling flying around (hunter, inquisitor, warpriest are my favs).

MY only fear of the seeker is poor reflex saves and they never get evasion. I love the full spellcasting (always good) and customize options.

I'll check the Ankou Shadow too

If your going to have a poor save, reflex is the best choice. Also evasion is purchasable

Just go with the unchained rogue, grab the feat: Hellcat Stealth and hid in plain sight.
