I am trying to build a female Kitsune Unchained Rogue(Spy Archetype) and need some help in deciding how to distribute my stats. I want my Kitsune's human form to be a socialite, someone who is comfortable speaking to powerful people and know how to charm them but still be able to do fight.
Which stat should be highest, second highest and lowest?

You should post this in the Advice section of the boards and then mention it's for a PFS character.
But for stat's I'd recommend
13-2/16+2/14/8/12/12+2
This will give you str to carry your gear and not have a str penalty, enough dex to hit and eventually deal damage, hp to survive, a small will save boost and perception boost, and a 14 cha for your face skills.
He'll just not be a knowledge guy, but it's not so bad that putting a point for some of the low DC knowledge feels bad, and "only" get 7 skills per level.

Thanks for the suggestions so far. I'll repost this thread in the Advice section.
For a spy-like Kitsune Trickster would Int be more useful than Cha? This being my first Pathfinder character I am confused on what all the fractions mean? For example the Rogue Favored Class option for Kitsune says
The rogue gains ⅙ of a new rogue talent
What is the 1/6 for? Is it possible to take more than one archetype?

This means that after six levels of taking this favored class bonus, you gain a new rogue talent.

You can have multiple archetypes as long as they do not replace or alter any of the same class features of the base class.

This very much depends but it can be. Going with a charisma focus may mean you struggle to have enough skill points to cover all of your bases. Look at the skill list and decide how many of them you want to meet your concept. Spy types combined with face skills generally are looking at bluff, diplomacy, disguise, sense motive, stealth and sleight of hand. Perception is universally useful, UMD helps shore up a lot of your class weaknesses. Acrobatics may be very much needed if going into melee. Various knowledge skills might also be useful for a spy type character.
That's a lot of skills to keep at relevant levels even with 8 skill points a level. I personally would go with Int over Cha however that does mean committing your traits to Cunning Liar and Student of Philosophy/Clever Wordplay. It also means getting your head around low cha/high int and what that means for your characters personality and how they act.
