Hello guys-
I made a Dark Tapestry Oracle for fun, and it is a great build idea and I am to thinking that it is cool. I am a Halfling right now and my scores are: Str 5, Dex 14, Con 12, Int 10, Wis 12, Cha 20. As I have mentioning is a Dark Tapestry. I was going for to a Stealth based creation, and right now I am having a +10. I was thinking on making my feat Skill Focusing on Stealth so I can take Eldritch Heritage (Shadow) at 3rd leveling. My spells are Cause Fear and Murderous Command right now. What do you guys thinking of this buuld? What spells do you recommending?
Thanks

I tend to avoid such aggressive stat dumping as a general rule. For Strength, you risk being incapacitated by a Shadow, or even a Ray of Enfeeblement, not to mention your early level difficulties with encumbrance.
For my own part, I'd probably pull back a bit on the Charisma and maintain a more reasonable Strength. (Even starting with a 19 in CHA helps balance things out much better, and you can always bump CHA back up to 20 at 4th level.)

Cloak of Darkness can save you a good amount of money and keep ac competitive allowing you to put resources elsewhere.
Wings of Darkness are great.
Pierce the Veil (Su) can be built around but most parties don't like darkness tactics.
Other revelations are ok but nothing to get excited about. The damage or confusion ones are OK but they exist to save spells that is about it.
Dual cursed is great for save or die and support casters. Spirit Guided is great because you don't have many great revelations to choose from. Inerrant Voice is good to make you a better support character.

For advice on oracles, I like Channeling the Cosmos: A Guide to the Oracle by Sean FitzSimon.
FitzSimon describes the Dark Tapestry as good for many different roles, but rates many of its revelations as poor. The workable ones are Cloak of Darkness, Gift of Madness, Many Forms, Pierce the Veil, and Wings of Darkness. Since your oracle wants Stealth, I presume Cloak of Darkness is first for your revelations. The armor bonus is not impressive for a class with medium armor proficiency, but it won't slow down your halfling's movement like medium armor would.
Cause Fear is a good spell at low levels but has to be swapped out at 4th or 6th level due to its hit die limitation. I don't know about Murderous Command, but it should combine well with the Gift of Madness revelation.
As for the Skill Focus(Stealth) and Eldritch Heritage(Shadow) feats, since Stealth is supposed to be your character's strength, go for the Skill Focus. But Eldritch Heritage(Shadow) grants Shadowstrike, a melee touch attack to dazzle (not daze) an opponent without low-light vision nor darkvision. Creatures with low-light vision are already a nemesis to your halfling, since they can spot him in the shadows. Do you want one of your attacks to also be useless against them? I guess that you look forward to Improved Eldritch Heritage at 11th level, but since you mentioned Cause Fear as a spell, 11th level is a long way away.
The big question is how is your character going to help the party? With Stealth, he will be a good scout, but without a rogue's Dexterity, trapfinding, and Disable Device he can be stopped by a locked door. At low levels, if he uses his spells in combat, then he won't be much of a healer. Cause Fear and Murderous Command suggest battlefield controller, someone who controls the flow of battle to give the party a tactical advantage. Summoning spells and the Gift of Madness revelation also support battlefield control.

I agree with Grandlounge's comments. Cloak of Darkness and Wings of Darkness are nice, the rest are not quite so great. Pierce the Veil can be situationally cool, but bear in mind the comments on how it affects your party-mates. Interstellar Void is a nice combination of some damage and a debuff/control at later levels, but really comes online quite late and is so low-usage that I'd have a hard time justifying taking it.
As for Eldritch Heritage: Shadow, I'm not really sure what it does for you. The 1st level bloodline power is not very good, frankly, and while the 9th level power you could later by taking Improved Eldtrich Heritage get is quite nice for a Stealth build (and is what you're presumably aiming for longer term), it's a pretty major feat investment to get there.
Apart from flavour, you should ask yourself what you're hoping to get from being super-stealthy. Stealth is good for sneak attack-based characters, but has pretty significant limitations. As a caster, and one who isn't even looking at a lot of ray attacks (where negating an opponent's Dexterity bonus has some merit), I'm sure there are better options mechanically-speaking. (Though again, you may still prefer your idea for flavour reasons, which is totally fine as long as you know it may not be overly powerful relative to other options.)

If you are not playing PFS, you can still have a melee presence with divine fighting technique (Desna's Shooting Star). In this case, I would go with S9 D14 C12 I10 W12 CH19.
If you are playing PFS, Desna's shooting star isn't allowed. In this case I would go with S9 D14 C12 I10 W8 CH20 and take irrepressible.

Remember you are a small creature. So a light load is 12 lbs. (16 x 3/4 for small). That's not a lot of stuff you can carry. Most armor weighs more than that. As soon as you hit a medium load, you are taking dex penalties on skills, speed and maximum dex bonus to armor.
That's offset a bit by weight reductions for small-sized armor and weapons. Other gear, maybe not so much.
