So if a red tongue uses his duplicitous rhetoric to share combat trick... Do the affected:
1 get the combat feat the red tongue selected for combat trick, even if they don't meet the prerequisites?
2 get the combat feat the red tongue selected for combat trick, but can't use it unless they have the prerequisites?
3 select a combat feat of their choice on the spot?
Same question goes for ninja trick and minor magic / major magic, by the way...
Also, taking major magic as an example... Can this be shared with allies who don't have the prerequisite minor magic talent?

If it's option 1, I'd definitely take amplified rage there.
If it's option 2, I'd be a little sad.
For option 3, there are all kinds of options, like blind fighting, but definitely also dedicated adversary.
I think, the way it's worded, option 3 seems the most logical. Because the allies are not granted the effects of the rogue talent, instead they are granted the talent itself.
That does mean great things, though. Also for ninja trick and major magic.
Every ally affected gets to choose their own spell with major magic. You would need to be an urban skald for them to use it, but that's a combinable archetype.
Imagine an urban red tongue skald shouting an epic story, causing the entire 500 man army to take flight (via the greater air elemental blood rage power). And then that whole army casting magic missiles, snowballs, shocking grasps, sleeps, and colour sprays. I'm sure that would win the day!
Oh, and they have fast healing and stuff, due to improved skald's vigor ;)
