Does anything that grants the ability to channel energy "like a cleric" (or similar wording) count as the channel Energy class feature for feats like guided hand?
I remember being told "channel positive energy" class features counted, but i'm unsure on things from other sources, like the empyreal archetype or the solar bloodline for sorcerers.

"So when the cleric class has a header section called "Class Features" and under that is an entry that says "Channel Energy," and the oracle class has a section called "Class Features" and under that is an entry that says "Channel: You can channel positive energy like a cleric," and the paladin class has a section called "Class Features" and under that is an entry that says "Channel Positive Energy (Su): ... she gains the supernatural ability to channel positive energy like a cleric," those all are intended to work the same way, even though they're not given identical names. TL;DR as long as it comes from a class it should work.

Well, bloodlines are technically from a class feature, but the powers are also a sub-category of that...
Eldritch heritage: Solar is a feat that gives you access to a bloodline's powers, the bloodline is a class feature of a sorcerer, and the bloodline gives you channel energy "as a cleric", and clerics only get channel energy as a class feature.
So... would I be right in saying Eldritch Heritage: Solar Bloodline works? Or is that debatable?

It shouldn't matter how you gained the ability, just that you have the ability. The prerequisites of Guided Hand specifically describe Channel Energy as a class feature, but I'd be more inclined to conclude that's not intended to be a restriction and just an author's presumption that the ability is usually gained as a class feature (actually, at the time of Ultimate Combat's publishing I don't think it was even possible to gain Channel Energy with feats). I don't see any reason to discriminate between a class feature or a feat in this regard.

So it even works for Necromancy School?
You receive Command Undead or Turn Undead as a bonus feat. You can channel energy a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Intelligence modifier, but only to use the selected feat. You can take other feats to add to this ability, such as Extra Channel and Improved Channel, but not feats that alter this ability, such as Elemental Channel and Alignment Channel. The DC to save against these feats is equal to 10 + 1/2 your wizard level + your Charisma modifier. At 20th level, undead cannot add their channel resistance to the save against this ability.

I would say that the Nercomancy school does not qualify for guided hand, not because the don't have channel energy. There are 3 requirments
1) Channel energy Yes for a Necromancer
2)Proficiency with deities favored weapon, can be arranged
3) Channel Smite feat. The ChanneL smite feat is a feat which alters channel energy so the Necromancer would not qualify for Channel smite and so could not qualify for Guided hand
