Do you want your character to be a vampire, or do you want your character to make someone into a vampire?
Either way, there isn't a spell that kills someone and makes them into a vampire - at least, not to my knowledge.
On Golarion, vampires came about as a sort of a curse of transmissible undeath, so to become one, you'd generally have to seek out another vampire. Either offer the person you want undeadified, or suck up to/make a deal with/castControl Undead on the vampire and ask to be turned without getting bossed around afterward.
If you really want to be a vampire and it gets the GM inspired, you could always work together to figure out a blasphemous occult ritual or similar religious rite that beseeches Zura, the Demon Lord of Cannibalism and insults Sarenrae/Pharasma. Rather than dump a whole template on you at once, it could also happen gradually, involving the Corruption from Horror Adventures. That should go over well with any wannabe lich or graveknight PCs - you could even help them get started too, and you won't have to be as careful with your negative channeling.

If you take the Demonic Obediance feat and serve the demon queen of vampires, Zura, you can turn yourself into a vampire for short periods and create your own spawn once you reach level 20, or level 16 if you take 9 levels in Demonaic.
Alternately, I expect a Wish (if necromancy is not a banned school for you) or Miracle (if your diety has an Undead portfolio) would suffice to raise a dead person as a vampire.
But probably your best bet is to find a vampire, enslave it, and have it make more vampires for you.

A lonely man who wishes for a companion might have his wish granted in the form of a lost love returned to “life” as a vampire, and so on—the glabrezu is nothing if not creative in addressing a mortal's desires.
Creating a vampire from a corpse is within the power of a wish.

I am playing a necromancer, and I wanted to be able to raise people as vampires potentially.
Paizo's designers very deliberately made this impossible by normal means, because otherwise you'd have munchkin minimaxers turning themselves into vampires. Free feats, crazy stat bonuses, +2 CR!
In-game, there are only three RAW ways to turn yourself into a vampire: (1) have someone kill you, then use a Wish on your corpse. A Miracle from an evil deity might do the job too -- I'd allow it, myself -- but RAW does *not* say that a Wish can transform you to a vampire without you dying first. (2) Be a cultist or demoniac of Zura, as noted a couple of posts up. (3) Get bit.
If you want to raise your own vampires, the same rules apply. The simplest way under RAW is to find a vampire. Failing that, you can create your own starter vampire with a fresh corpse and a Wish. Note that in neither of these cases is the vampire automatically under your control.
Outside of RAW, I agree that it should be possible to cobble together some sort of evil ritual using the Ritual rules. It might cost less than a Wish, and if your DM is generous it might even give you (some) control over your new vampire pal. On the other hand, it might require weird ingredients, difficult-to-obtain sacrifices, and really high skill checks. And of course there might be nasty side effects, especially if it fails.

there is a magic item that turns you into a vampire
Just reading it now (gonna run CoT in about a month) I'll update with the actual name and the item's nature if someone else hasn't when I find it
EDIT: should have read a bit more before posting

@ dharkus Any idea which of the books specifically has those feats? I don't mind buying 10$ pdf to look at the,. but not buying all 7+ books at this time.
To the others that missed it, the necromancer in question is a homebred race that is already an undead himself. So i do not believe i can become a vampire, nor need to worry about being bit.
So it seems like my best option, is to have wish(or miracle) cast on a fresh corpse, then take control of them with command undead?
@ I3igAl Also, build a simulacrum? Not quite sure what is meant by that.
@ douglas Muir, my DM is actually pretty sensible, and doesnt mind things like that, any suggestions on a ritual, or one i should look at specifically for modification? I have little experience with the rituals myself, as this is my 2nd spell caster only.
The real trick is that my character considers himself neutral, and doesnt believe become undead is a bad thing. For evil people, them becoming undead teaches them humility if let intelligent, and forces them to repent whether they wish to or not.
In some cases he may even turn people he likes, so he can allow them to be "immortal" them being a vampire would be a good way to do this, otherwise i have to wait to make them a skeletal champion which doesnt really fit my view of making them immortal.
