I may be blanking on mechanics or classes, but is there a Summoner Archetype that turns their Eidolon into weapons? Or an Occult class?
It doesn't ring a bell for me. All of the summoner archetypes I know about are at PFSRD Site..
Unless there are other places classes can be found?
There's a new archetype for the Spiritualist class in the Psychic Anthology Player Companion called the Phantom Blade that has a sword they can summon (as well as some Magus-esque class features) in place of their Phantom.
Now that I think about it, it may be too close to a Blackblade Magus for it to be plausible?
Not a Summoner archetype, but a Magus archetype: Mindblade Magus.
A handful of Oracle Revelations also let you manifest a weapon with the power of your mind.
If you can do 3rd Party, Spheres of Power has the Armorist which looks like what you are looking for.

• Medium BAB (Eidolon Focus bonus?)
• Good Ref/Will
• Skills 4/lvl
Primary:
• Summon Eidolon(Weapon)
• Weapon Bonuses/Advancement?
Secondary:
• Weapon Proficiency (Eidolon Type)
• Weapon Creation?
