I'm about to start a campaign as a Battlefield control/crafter wizard. Since I'm making a bunch of custom magic items there are going to be a few free slots I can have so I wanted to take the chest clot up with a "Tunic of Quality of Life". the only issue is I can't figure out spells that'd be useful save Unseen Servant (Just imagine you come home after a hard day of adventuring, walk in the door and the servant takes your coat off and weapon, hangs them up, gets you your comfortable bathrobe and hands you you bottle of scotch and a glass as you sink into your armchair by the fire) and prestidigitation (many uses, one of which being chilling that glass of scotch). Does anyone else have any ideas? I'm more so aiming for non adventuring spells, so ones you would use when you're at home and just walking around town.

Prestidigitation, tongues, light, unseen servant, create water, purify food/water, create food and water, enhance water, endure elements, fabricate disguise, invigorate, locate object. Some of those are adventuring spells as well, but being able to keep mud off your clothes, speak to anyone you come across, invoke an instant change of clothes, eat at an inn of questionable quality without getting sick, walk around comfortably in hot or cold weather, and find where you put your keys all sound great.

I loved in 3.5 how many wizard spells there were for the sole purpose of not walking. There were multiple use short range teleportation spells, 1 inch levitation, ridable disks of force, etc. There was always some way to avoid walking and I loved it
My 3.5 wizard took the Dimensional Jaunt feat for unlimited 20-ft. teleportation, and it was a blast. Pretty much useless, but incredibly fun.
