By Raw I am right in thinking you loss your dex bonus to CMD when being attacked flat footed correct? Is there any other penalty I might be forgetting?

I'm sure you also lose Dodge bonuses like from the feat "Dodge" and "Mobility". This also affects Total Defense and Fighting Defensively (both give Dodge bonuses)

yes the below txt. any penalties that apply to ac also applies to CMD long with anything that will remove those list of bonus.

"Miscellaneous Modifiers

A creature can also add any circumstance, deflection, dodge, insight, luck, morale, profane, and sacred bonuses to AC to its CMD. Any penalties to a creature's AC also apply to its CMD. A flat-footed creature does not add its Dexterity bonus to its CMD."

What about stunned?

Remove dex, -2, AND attackers get +4 CMB?

The malus for sure, but the bonus to the enemies might apply too as blanket bonus to attack rolls also apply to combat maneuver rolls

The flat-footed character loses any CMD bonus arising from DEX and any dodge bonuses.
