Both get a new ability at 7th level but while one replaces Stalker, the other seems to replace/alter nothing...
Did I miss something, or are they both able to be taken on the same character?
Yup, looks like they can. It might well be an accident, but on the other hand a velvet blade would really like a bonus to disguise, intimidate and stealth vs. their studied opponent.
