So a bit of context.
After the Christmas break my DM wanted to do a solo session to see what my character has done with her three weeks off, but he knew I'd do dancing (she has a +19 to dance at level 6) and I did, he said over the week I attracted the attention of an Elven duke who invited me to a ifriti's ball that was a once a century thing.
So naturally I went, brought a dress got some make up, brought a jewelled masterwork dagger as a gift for the ifriti.
We set off and immediately plane shift to the plane of fire, turns out I've been beating to 30+DC to attract extra planar attention, the ball goes on for two weeks, by the end of which I've won myself my own invite to the ball next century.
Also turned out that my duke was a undine and for being the best dancer in the whole ball he granted me his once a year wish.
I wished for a pair of shoes with a one time casting of irresistible dance. So now I've got the most expensive pair of glass slippers in the land which I think is pretty cool as a solo quest for a level 6 PC.
Any of you had any fun wish ideas or ideas for what you'd do with a wish if you got one?

One time when we were playing Jade Regent, we helped out a marid by...well, basically giving her free marriage counseling.
She gave the PC who had been instrumental in this, our dhampir inquisitor, a wish in gratitude for his help. He thought about it, realized that actually, he was pretty happy with his life as it was and couldn't think of anything to wish for.
So he wished for a kitten.
She gave him a golden cat.

I love that wish. It's a great one, especially given the set-up. And I agree with Brother Fen. The under-wish made it fun.
I have a character that would be perfect for using a wish that way. He is a singing cowboy that worships Shelyn, but he is without his guitar. This is a strange aeons campaign, so his amnesia means he doesn't know why he no longer has a guitar. I think his wish would be for a (masterwork) guitar that is indestructible and will teleport to his hand when called, so that he is never without that guitar again.
Assuming he didn't already own one and his amnesia has caused him to forget about it in the first place. Of course, what he should PROBABLY do is ask to have his constitution permanently increased by 4 points, since he currently has an 8 con, but the other idea has some merits to it and would fit the character perfectly.
