Ley Line Guardian question

Rules Questions

A ley line guardian is a spontaneous spellcaster. does that mean my difficulty class for a saving throw against a Ley Line Guardian's spell modifier based on charisma?

It is not written, but I'd expect it to be intended, though not because you are spontaneous spellcaster (Inquistor and Hunter are also spontaneous spellcasters, but are based on Wisdom). However, you get as many spell slots per day as a sorcerer, which means you use Charisma for that, and every other class uses the same atribute for determing spell DC and the number of spells per day.

for reference
Pretty sure there isn't a rule that says all spontaneous casters use charisma.
The archetype doesn't say anything about changing the casting stat, so it's still based on intelligence.
As an extra data point (though not conclusive), Hero Lab uses INT.

The Sorcerer's spell slots per day are fixed - bonus slots are based on CHA for a sorcerer (and INT for a witch)

They Ley Line Guardian is still Int based, since nothing in the archetype changes it.

The Psychic is also an Int based spontaneous caster, there's nothing limiting spontaneous casting to Cha, it's just that the first ones (Bard and Sorcerer) happened to be Charisma based.

Also: The Eldritch Scion Archetype for the Magus says it changes the stat to Charisma - Therefore, the Ley Line Guardian stays INT-based

i did not know. thanks. needed the info.
