As a Drow, you probably want to play an Oracle, since it's CHA-based, and Drow get a CHA boost. Unfortunately, as a divine fullcaster, you'll be spread a bit thin on stats, especially if you have a CON penalty. A stat spread of CHA>STR>CON>DEX>WIS>INT would be a more or less traditional spread. In any case, as a caster-type, CHA is your most important stat. STR, CON, and DEX are necessary for melee, but it's your choice how you juggle them. Remember that STR is going to be your to-hit stat, since investing into DEX to hit/damage is too feat-costly for a minimal benefit, especially as a non-frontline. WIS and INT can be assigned however you want, in whatever order makes you feel more comfortable. The best Oracle Mystery for a necromancer is the Juju mystery, which gives you some frankly ridiculously powerful options. If that's not available, the Bones mystery is an acceptable substitute. The weapons you should consider are the longspear, a simple weapon, and the rapier, a Drow proficiency weapon. If you have the longspear, you should spend a feat (but only one) on Combat Reflexes, so you can hit people in an area in melee. If you pick the rapier, then Weapon Finesse should be your feat of choice. If so, make DEX higher than STR, so you don't waste the feat.
