I have been wanting to play the OP scenarios but I have no one to play them with or can't find anyone playing around me. Not goING to lie it's a little frustrating. Please help.
I'd start by contacting the Pathfinder Society venture agent closest to you. There are quite a few in Wisconsin and I'm not great at Wisconsin Geography, so I'm not sure which might be closest to you, but you can see them here:
How close is Brookfield to Madison.

It looks like there is a store in Brookfield, WI named Game Universe. As best I can tell, it still exists. They seem to have events there. Their Franklin location is registered on the Paizo retailer page. And they list the card game as a product they carry.
So, your best bet might be that store. I'd find out if they are already having Card Guild Scenarios (I'm guessing maybe you did this and they aren't.) If they aren't, offer to start running them for them. If they say yes, start promoting. They have casual open board game nights. Go to one of those and run the demos. (One came in Mummy's Mask, the others have demo lists you can find. I'll get them in a second.)
Also, coordinate with the local Pathfinder Society Agent. Even if he/she doesn't play the card game, they can help you with coordinating with the store and maybe offer you some other resources.

Steve Mulhern, the SE WI VC, and Daniel Ziermann, Milwaukee VL, ran the previous season at Game Universe in Franklin, but I haven't seen any posts lately.
