This will probably be a long explanation followed by my question.
One of the players in my game has opted to retire her current character in favor of a new character. The reason why doesn't really matter for purposes of this question. I already have a plan for her current character to leave. However, the party is deep in the dungeon of their current adventure for the Pathfinder Society with no plans to leave so they can't just bring her new character into the group at the Pathfinder Lodge. Two game sessions ago, I introduced 2 new characters who were just exploring the dungeon so that's out. There's no place that it makes sense for her to be a prisoner. There's no other entrance or exit. To make things more difficult, she's got 2 wolf companions. Does anyone have any ideas on how to introduce her new character, which is an aasimar/natural werewolf druid with 2 wolf companions?

Perhaps she has been exploring the area on her own (different path, an entrance they had not found, etc.), and the party comes across her? It's not unusual to find you're not the only adventurer in the dungeon.
You mention she's a werewolf--perhaps she defected from the dungeon's big boss, and now hopes to help the PCs (who's heard have been slaughtering BBG's minions) take the BBG out?

Is this a PFS game? (If so, I don't know what extra rules would be involved.)
Otherwise, would it be **expensive** (in terms of your story, of course) to rework the map a trifle?
Add a short-cut (but secret) tunnel she might have found that would let her enter behind them but catch up? Plus she would move quickly because they had cleared her path...
Or give a room a door that locks one in? Meaning, even if there isn't a jailer, she might have fallen victim & be a prisoner of sorts, slowly starving to death, possibly feeding her beloved companions her last rations, etc...
If you've got traps, why not a non-magical pit trap? Same deal as the locked door that springs shut -- she's a prisoner w/out a jailer...

Any way she could be an enemy willing to defect? It worked in a campaign I played in, although admittedly when implemented in my own campaign it resulted in the planned new PC being critted and killed while the party was starting to decide to talk to her. So... judge your party's likely reaction well.

do you have hordes of enemies? well have her locked to a wall entertaining the minions of the big bad evil guy perhaps they be distracted by a wolf fight or they are in caged or one is roasting over a fire. or she could be stealthing in the dungeon trying to save her wolves only to find that there are two many hungry minions for her to get in and out unnoticed. que the appearance of a new party to help her. they find a treasure box with two wolves outside it guarding it with a couple dead minion guards laying about some animal handling to convince the wolves to back down so you can get at the treasure and tuda a bound and gagged treasured pc. >.> they throw prisoners in small little boxes. thats they they don't need a big prison room.
