Ways to rage powers

What are different ways I can get rage powers in PFS?
I know of, barb, skald, and rage domain.

*And are there any ways to get them active while bloodraging?

there are ways to get rage powers on a bloodrager however pfs bans it cuz pfs is silly

There is also the Ulfen Guard PRC. While a Bloodrager can easily qualify you end up with 2 rage pools and thus no rage powers while Bloodraging.

Not sure if it's PFS legal, but the Ranger archtype "Wild Stalker"
Can get rage powers from level 4.

The only idea I have is to hang out with a spellwarrior skald.
