Hi. I had some questions about channel energy I hoped you could help me answer.
Does the channel energy bonus (text in bold) apply always or just for the next minute after using this ability?
Do other classes with "channel energy as a cleric of X level" benefit from this?
Warpriests do not cannel energy as a cleric of X level but have as many dice as her fervor ability. Would they benefit from this?

always applies. As written only paladin's or clerics. So rulewise, just those, Easy houserule to make if houserules are an option.
again, as written it's cleric, and cleric levels don't stack with say an oracle's effective cleric level for channeling. Again, easy houserule if that's an option.
This is unfortunate because they don't write material to work well with future material, nor update older material to work with new material. BUT it has been there stance that you follow the text and that only the explicitly called out classes get the benefits.

It always applies, not just while using that ability.

Typically no. Anything that specifically says it stacks will stack, like the cavalier ability. If it doesn't mention stacking, then it doesn't stack.
Warpriests do not channel energy as a cleric of X level but have as many dice as her fervor ability. Would they benefit from this?
No.

This is much more case-specific, but probably not.
