If I have a mount with pounce:
Mount pounces, gets full attack+rake according to rules.
-What does rider get? Normal attack action with +2 to hit?
Mount charges with pounce.
-What does the mount get if rider is using Lance (reach weapon 10 ft)?
Mount charges with pounce and rider has Ride by Attack.
-What does the mount get if rider is using Lance (reach weapon 10 ft)?
Mount charges with pounce, rider has Mounted Skirmisher.
-What does the mount get if rider is using Lance (reach weapon 10 ft)?
This all comes up because of Lance 10 ft reach and mounts having normal reach.
I could potentially guess that during Ride by Attack situation the mount and the rider attack at different moments. Rider at 10 ft distance, mount while passing next to enemy. But this theory doesn't hold well in full attack situations.

Rider and mount are both considered charging, so rider gets a normal charge attack (different from "normal attack action").
Mount charges with pounce.
-What does the mount get if rider is using Lance (reach weapon 10 ft)?
Nothing.
Mount charges with pounce and rider has Ride by Attack.
-What does the mount get if rider is using Lance (reach weapon 10 ft)?
Everything.
Mount charges with pounce, rider has Mounted Skirmisher.
-What does the mount get if rider is using Lance (reach weapon 10 ft)?
Nothing.

Note that it's not super agreed on. I'd rule the same as nefreet, But I've seen people rule differently and have rules supporting their views. So if it's important I'd check with your GM how they do it.
I'm planning on a mounted Halfling Hunter 90% decided. No charges, just charging to get into melee and they fight like a normal melee.
So in case I do charge reach will always be 5ft, but wanted to check how some people think about the issue.Hopefully it's not as complicated as i think
