Hello everyone,
few questions
1) Can you take feats that improve natural attacks? or are they barred because they lose the ability when they turn to human.
2) i'd like to stick to Paizo material only. but if the feats don't work, would it be to much to ask the Dm to allow a Skinwalker to take aspect of the beast to get claws? i know that paizo fans united (3PP) made this a stranded rule for them when picking feats.
3) Do witchwolfs skinwalkers have to be CE? i would like to play a CG maybe CN one.

If you can qualify for a feat at any point, you can take the feat. A Greensting Slayer magus has sneak attack only when he spends points on it, but because he has it sometimes, he qualifies for Accomplished Sneak Attacker. (This also works for prestige classes, and anything else that has prerequisites.)
Having said that, in PFS the Improved Natural Attack feat is banned because it's a Monster Feat, none of which are allowable feats for PFS characters unless they have some other means of accessing them.
Having said that, a ranger who chooses the Natural Weapon combat style may take Improved Natural Attack as a combat style feat (even in PFS), because it's on the list of feats for that combat style.
