It's a hardback so there's always the potential for a reprint( but i doubt it)
so here it goes anyway
p. 101 VAMPIRE SPAWN
the Monster Codex version of VAMPIRE SPAWN is a template so it should be in the same line as the classes and race "Elf vampire spawn rogue 1/warrior 3"
probably a space thing
also does the monster codes version of vampire spawn superseded the Bestiary version or what?

Some more minor errors I found. I would like to state whilst I am nit-picking here I am greatly impressed with the work put into this and in love with the book.
The map of Eel's End now says 5 ft. squares for all of the map whilst the map showing all the ships used to be 10 ft. squares, this was pointed out by Troodos .
p. 407 read H18. "Leftover’s (East Shore; standard)" hower the map marker on the map on p. 400 shows H18 in South Shore.
The numbers on the level-up points seem off. I can't figure out if the numbers are meant to be the level reached and are wrong or they're something else and I am misunderstanding.
p. 239 location E4 describes there being an E4a on the map on p. 237 however it isn't marked, I assume this is the path below E2 in the main E4 area.

To add to this thread: Vencarlo Orisini's stat block has a few errors, which appear to be carry-overs from his 3.5 stats.
Specifically:
A) In the Anniversary Edition his strength was increased by 9 (Escape from Old Korvosa) to 11, however his damage with his masterwork dagger and +2 keen rapier include a -1 Str modifier.
I haven't tried to reverse engineer his skill block to see whether his Climb and Swim bonuses include the same error.
B) In the Anniversary Edition he is listed as having a second rapier, which is a +1 rapier however it's listed attack and damage is that of a masterwork rapier, including the same -1 Str modifier as above.
C) I'm having a hard time figuring how his ability scores are generated. I can see his stat block being either:
- He has 11 point generation, rather than 15 point gen.
- He is missing his 8th level ability score adjustment
- He has 14 point generation, and does not have the adjustments for middle-age applied

It's not an "Anniversary Edition", by the way.
True, though given it received the same treatment as the "Anniversary Edition" of Runelords our group at least tends to use the term for ease - especially since we started running it off the PDF, much as we did the original Crimson Throne.
p. 192 (PDF version): The numbers on the advancement track do not match the level advancement given in the description.
The same is true on p.12 (Level 3 is listed twice) as well.

Okay, this isn't so much an error as an abject weirdness.
In the Hardcover version, Lady Andaisin is listed in her tactics as having cast greater magic weapon and magic vestment before combat, and does indeed have both those spells on her list of prepared spells.
Thing is, with a CL of 10, both of those spells would give a +2 enhancement bonus to a weapon or armor, respectively. But from her gear, she already HAS a +2 weapon (plus special abilities), and +2 armor. Making those two spells a complete waste of a 4th and 3rd level slot. Considering she could have instead used that 4th level slot to cast blessing of fervor on herself and her minions...
(There is the argument that the enhancement bonus on the items might not be permanent and just the spell effect, however all other creatures who use this tactic list a normal or masterwork item in their gear list, and +X in the attack line).

Just went back and checked and in the original printing she had +1 weapon and armour, my guess would be someone copied her combat stats for the loot in the update.

Adding another one here.
With funds from the castle treasury and the assistance of a bound efreeti named Yzahnum (conjured courtesy of one of the queen’s powerful new allies, the bloatmage Togomor, who has taken up the role of castle seneschal in the absence of Neolandus), Ileosa is able to begin swift production of the armor, swords, and shields that will soon become symbolic of the Gray Maidens.
Efreeti have 10HD, and in the original version Yzahnum had 4 fighter and 4 rogue levels, bringing him to 18HD which is the upper limit of greater planar binding
In the hardcover edition, he has 4 fighter and 7 rogue levels, bringing his total HD to 21, which cannot be bound with greater planar binding.
Togomor cannot cast gate but were he to use a scroll he could call Yzahnum, but cannot control him (as he has more than 17 HD), and would need to pay for his services (gate is a little fluffy like that), and Yzahnum would be free to return to his home plane at any time.... or in so many words, he wouldn't be bound.
I'd suggest dropping his hit dice back down to 18 (efreeti fighter 4/rogue 4) and giving him the advanced simple template to boost his CR back up to 15.

I'm not sure if this is an error or not, but it seemed a bit crazy to me. Page 27, talking about the key-lock killer: "a man who slaughtered over 15 dozen victims between 4690 and 4697 before his killing spree mysteriously ended."
Is that supposed to read that he killed somewhere between a dozen and 15 victims? Or is it really saying that he killed 15 dozen, aka 180 people. That is an extraordinarily prolific serial killer.

Noting as well that the Rumors section suggests that in the last year he killed 9, and this was somehow notable. So either he killed 171ish in the previous six years (making 9 an all-time low), or he killed around 15 (and the dozen is a typo) with only a few victims a year until his big spree in 4697.

It's supposed to be 15 over those years, not 180. It's a killing spree in terms of serial killer even spread out over seven years, but not one that would make the world sit up and notice.
Ignore the mentions of "dozen" entirely.
(At first it said "around a dozen" and I decided to get more specific and didn't adjust it well, alas.)

Not really sure if an error but a little frustration.
The appendix random encounter tables for the hinterlands lists Firepelt Cougars as Bestiary P40, however that page contains both the Cheetah and Leopard stat blocks, both the same CR as well.
In the Rise of the Runelords Hardcover Tangletooth and Kibb both have the sprint ability so I'm guessing it's the cheetah? (confirmation would be appreciated).
If there is a second printing it might be worth adding a "(use x)" after the Firepelt name like was done for the Alligator.

Actually, mountain lions/cougars are closer to leopards; they live in the woods and hills and mountains and sprinting isn't really a thing for them. The two you mention from Runelords have sprint because they're animal companions, and small cat animal companions get sprint.
In the end, the CR for a cheetah and a leopard are the same so the game rules don't care. But from a flavor and ecological viewpoint, use leopards.

Very small note. Probably easy to figure out:
Map of Scarwall Barbican on Pg 263
A12 and A11 are noted as second floor while A8-A10 are noted as third floor.
I suspect it more likely they should be switched as when you collapse the floor in A11-12 you fall into A10.
It's actually probably in the text somewhere but I'm just running through the text right now to prepare for my first game on Saturday.

Pg. 118 and 119, In the "Temple Under Alert" segment on page 118, the book refers to he Gray Maidens in area G2. On page 119 it says there are four Queen's Physicians.
Given that on page 118 it says that there are only five Queen's Physicians active in the temple and these four bring the total up to nine, the Queen's Physicians in area G2 are probably supposed to be Gray Maidens.

Page 249: Maiden's Nursery. Text indicates that there are 3 Gray Maiden Guards within the western watch post overseeing the torture of 3 Recruits. In the stat blocks it indicates that there are 5 Gray Maiden Guards in the room.
Not sure of actual number.
