So far these are the choices I've made.
Bloodline:Arcana
Archetype:Tattoo.
I need suggestions on what's a good school to focus for the tattoo archetype other than evocation or enchantment.
I humored the idea of focusing on necromancy specifically for the magic jar/possession spells but this may be a bit bare beyond that.
Any other interesting ideas/spells/feats to help flesh out a school focused build?

I agree with deadman. Though evocation is best for arcana because of the nice DC increases, conjuration also benefits from that in addition to having some of the best spells in te game.
Many Conjuration spells have Save DCs. Grease, Glitterdust, and the Create Pit spell line leap immediately to mind, as does Aqueous Orb.
And those are all really good offensive spells, too.

Conjuration, transmutation or Necromancy.
Conjuration is the strongest choice as stated above.
Transmutation is not bad. Largest School of magic and with the trait Transmuter, you can have +2 CL right off rip as well as 1/day extend Animal Buff on yourself. A few save worthy low level spells: Snapdragon fireworks, pyrotechnics, and Slow.
Necromancy is my favorite school. Plenty of spells that take effect even if you make the save. This means that atleast it does something. Unlike other schools like enchantment. Plenty of good and brutal spells on the list. Plenty of defense spells too. I am a fan of magic jar

I really don't see much of a point in getting tattoo for necromancy. Yeah save dc's help but very few necromancy spells scale well off CL. Transmutation spells at least consistently scale in duration off CL
You say that BUTTTT:
Ray of Enfeeblement
Defending Bone
False Life
Spectral Hand
Halt Undead
Animate Undead (Lesser version too)
Vampiric Touch
BoneShatter
Fear
Wall of Blindness/Deafness
Wall of Bone
Finger of Death
Control Undead
+1 CL can mean: Longer durations, More HD, and stronger effect.
Its not as good as say Evocation but I would not call it a write off on any account.
