Devil Imposter summoner has the following weakness
A devil impostor must apply the fiendish template to any creatures summoned via her summon monster spell-like ability regardless of her alignment.
Summon Good Monster doesn't give a choice of templates, just predefined monsters with the celestial template. Can a Devil Imposter summoner summon Celestial monsters this way?

I'm not really seeing this as a weakness outside of possible RP situatuions. I'm nearly certain this was intended to mean that when you summon a creature where you have the choice of applying such a template, such as all the natural animals, that you must choose Fiendish... but it SAYS you must apply to all summoned creatures and give no actual restriction to the summoned creature outside the normal restrictions. So fiendish Hound Archons are a thing now? I guess they'd appreciate having DR Good & Evil

Not the only instance of this. There are other methods of applying "aligned" templates to already aligned creatures. As for the DR, the Core Sorcerer with the Celestial or Infernal Bloodline in the CRB already can summon creatures with both DR/Good and DR/Evil. The DRs don't stack, you use the better one in each situation.
Though it is notable that a +5 weapon is able to ignore DR/alignment. So you don't get either when they whip out their +3 Bane weapon against your creature type (effectively +5, so ignores alignment based DR).
