Will the Villain Codex have "good" villains for evil characters?

That is a good question but couldnt they be found in the regular NPC Codex?

I've looked, but a lot of them have either too many class levels or too few class levels, and none of them are truly meant to be "good villains".

I think only one of the "groupings" is oriented towards non-evil groups.

"There are some non-evil villains in Villain Codex, but the majority are evil, because that works best for villains in a generic sense."

Indeed. Evil villains are generally excellent villains for evil campaigns as well as for good and neutral campaigns. As just one example, scheming evil PC nobles could have their hands full trying to take control from the equally corrupt (and better connected) evil political establishment.

Uhhh...that was supposed to be about the Regal Court villain grouping, actually.

I think, that out of all the different groups I have sent at my PCs, slavers are definitely the ones met with the most disgust and hate.

Cultists are crazy, slavers are F%&#*%& evil.
