I'd just tape some index cards to the GM screen.
Just copy paste print. Probably take you 10 min tops
The GM screen as well as the Pathfinder Character Folio both have a lot of reference tables and rule recaps on them. For the Folio, I recommend getting the PDF if you're playing a 9th level casting class. The folio only gives a single page for spells. I've found doing a custom print page range to give a page per spell level makes spells much easier to manage even though you're naturally adding 4 whole pages to your character sheet if you do double sided printed.
