Feats from items

Advice

Specifically, I'm trying to find things like Weapon Finesse, either from a weapon that currently exists or on a ring, or as an enchantment that already exists and I'm just not finding it. I PREFER to keep in the Pathfinder RAW, but I'm willing to look at 3.5 stuff.

My DM and I are already using some pretty funky homebrewed stuff, so we're willing to at least look at anything roughly compatible.

Small history, having realized that it might play a role in my results, it's a custom race, and the character is being built specifically for speed/dex/int effects. I already know about Agile, which is nice, and the Dueling enchantment, and my DM showed me Agile Manuevers... but I'm a rogue, and I AM going to end up either Rogue Talent or Feat starved, so I'm trying to find as many things as I can that will boost my attacks, damage, and/or CMB/CMD from alternate sources without having to necessarily use feat slots.

Why don't you use the unchained rogue that get's weapon finesse from lvl 1?

Because my GM isn't allowing Unchained during this campaign. Inherently too OP for what he has planned.

Besides, I haven't played a rogue since 2.5, so I wanted to refamiliarize myself with the class before I go using amped up versions of it. didn't even take a varient.

If you want DEX-to-Damage without Unchained Rogue, the best way is the Slashing Grace, Fencing Grace or good old Dervish Dancer feats (costs you ~3 feats to get there). I don't know of a way to get this from items (outside of Agile), but I really think this should be your main focus with feats and talents if you're concerned at all.

There are few feats granted by items, and I don't think Weapon Finesse is one of them.

You're probably better off by just taking the Finesse Rogue Talent, or multiclassing a full BAB class.

One feat-granting item which could be of interest is the Opalescent white pyramid, which could grant you Weapon Focus if placed in a Wayfinder. You would then buy Weapon Focus for on average 5250 gp.

I recommend you to take two levels of Brawler for the Brawler's Flurry, which will allow you to TWF-fight with the same weapon.

Brawler's Flurry:
Starting at 2nd level, a brawler can make a brawler's flurry as a full-attack action. When doing so, a brawler has the Two-Weapon Fighting feat when attacking with any combination of unarmed strikes, weapons from the close fighter weapon group, or weapons with the "monk" special feature. She does not need to use two different weapons to use this ability.

A brawler applies her full Strength modifier to her damage rolls for all attacks made with brawler's flurry, whether the attacks are made with an off-hand weapon or a weapon wielded in both hands. A brawler can substitute disarm, sunder, and trip combat maneuvers for unarmed attacks as part of brawler's flurry. A brawler with natural weapons can't use such weapons as part of brawler's flurry, nor can she make natural weapon attacks in addition to her brawler's flurry attacks.

At 8th level, the brawler gains use of the Improved Two-Weapon Fighting feat when using brawler's flurry. At 15th level, she gains use of the Greater Two-Weapon Fighting feat when using brawler's flurry.

One of the major disadvantages to TWF is that you'll normally have to split your cash on two weapons. This dip would prevent that, and if you take the Snakebite Striker archetype you won't lose any Sneak Attack progression.

Since you would also gain the feat Improved Unarmed Strike you could combine an Agile Amulet of Mighty Fists with a single enchanted Gauntlet* and get Dex-to-damage for 4000 gp.

And you'll also gain a combat feat from the dip.

----------

*Amulet of Might Fists grants its bonus to all unarmed attacks, and a Gauntlet functions as an unarmed attack. I haven't seen any ruling saying otherwise, but there is some discussion around the Gauntlet.

Natural weapon, no cash drop until I get time to craft and make some kind of augment. An interesting perk there, though it doesn't appear to apply to natural weapons.
