Domains spells and use magic device?

Domains do not add their spells to the cleric spell list, but remain spells a cleric can cast. Does a cleric require use magic device to use wands for spells from their domain, but not on their spell list?

The rules are ambiguous. The exact wording of the rules for spell completion and spell trigger do not specify that the spells must be on your class list, only that your class must be capable of casting time. It's unclear whether a Cleric with the appropriate domain would qualify. The text is ambiguous enough that you could argue either way, or whether the text should be interpreted to mean class spell list. I'd personally say that yes you can cast from these scrolls and wands without a UMD check.

As the skill use is worded I think he would have to use the skill. I am not sure that this was intended for domain spells, though.

as long as you are able to cast a spell, as a spell and not a SLA or some other way. you qualify for spell completion and trigger items.
