Enos Azata |

I'm wanting to build an OA from the fighter class. I rolled for my stats and got 18,17,17,17,17,16 with max being 18 without bonuses. I already have my character race decided. Homebrew Bralani Azata that can turn incorporeal at will so I don't need AC. I need him to be wearing medium to heavy armor for my mini and Steel Headbutt for flare. I'm wanting suggestions on everything. Everything will be appreciated. He has an Adaptable composite bow made with serren wood to make it ghost touch with the enchantments Endless Ammunition and Seeking (he has see invisibility) as well as Bowstaff. Suggestions?

You have incredibly good stats. I find it hard to believe that you actually rolled it, but it doesn't matter. If you're GM is agreeing to it, then no point in discussing it. As far as race is concerned....that sounds incredibly overpowered. Again, you should talk to your GM and make sure they're okay with this, because...
Well as a GM both your stats and race are ridiculous to me and I wouldn't allow it. But I'm not your GM.
All that notwithstanding I can help you make a good fighter archer. Archery is a very feat intensive combat style that can be difficult to bring together....but not for a fighter. Fighters make incredibly powerful archers and it really all boils down to feats.
You're going to want:
Point Blank Shot
Precise Shot
Rapid Shot
Deadly Aim
Improved Precise Shot
Point Blank Master
Greater/Weapon Focus
Greater/Weapon Specialization
After that you will have feats to spread around, those cover all the basics you could really want. One thing I suggest is to use Advanced Weapon Training feat to get Armed Bravery to give you a strong will save.
Also, Endless Ammunition enchantment is worthless. Don't bother with it. Just buy durable arrows, they aren't destroyed when you fire them.
Make sure you pick up Sash of the War Champion and Gloves of Dueling.

Given the stat spread and heavy level of homebrew that seems to be involved, it becomes very difficult to offer advice beyond the basic (but very good) advice that Claxon has offered. A lot of my other remarks would also have aligned with his, so I won't repeat those.
The only additional feat I can think of that I didn't see listed is Clustered Shots. If you're supposed to be fighting gods or whatnot, I expect DR will be an issue at some point, and it can be especially an issue for archers without that feat.
I sincerely hope you enjoy your game. It doesn't sound like my cup of tea, but that's the beauty of the system -- it can be tweaked in myriad ways for a variety of different playstyles.
