I'd like to make a human cleric of sarenrae focused on channeling positive energy for the purpose of defeating undead. I'll be focusing a spell per spell level towards this too, but otherwise the spells will be buffs.
What is the better headband choice: phylactery of positive channeling, or a headband of charisma?
Any suggestions on feats and the order I should take them? I'll be taking selective and improved channel for sure, but are feats like channel ray and channel alignment worth it?
Any other comments?

Selective channel and improved channel are musts. You may consider Channel Smite as well. Good for some extra damage when you need to bash an undead or two.
As far as headbands go, you may not have much choice in PFS. You're more likely to come across a headband of charisma before a phylactery of positive channeling. You probably won't see either one for a good long time. I'm running a pair of 6th-level clerics in PFS and have still to come across either. You're better off preparing eagle's splendor, having a high Dex, and plenty of holy water.

Not sure what he means by come across, since you will usually have enough fame to unlock a headband by 4-5
As far as choice between...well undead tend to have really good will save, and doing full is better than half with the 2d6 bonus that also gets halved
You probably want sun domain for the channel benefits
Be prepared for this specialty only coming out to play once in a while in scenarios...but you have full casting to fall back on

I'll be getting the sun and heroism domains. One doesn't let undead use their channel resistance on the save, and the other (or maybe the same one, can't remember) adds 2 to the dc.
If alignment channel is a little too situational (as I suspected), I think I'll hold off on that feat.
Since ioun stones are a thing, would it be worth it to get my +2 charisma from one of those and then getting the phylactery? I do plan on utilizing ghostvision gloves, if that makes a difference.
Drone: for PFS if you have enough fame, you can buy either of those without finding them on a sheet :D

I might as well throw out my whole build as it stands:
Human cleric
Sun/Heroism Domains
Str 7
Dex 12
Con 14
Int 12
Wis 14
Cha 18
Level up ability points into wisdom.
1 Selective channel
1b fey foundling? Toughness? Tribal scars?
3 improved channel
5 quick channel
7 channel surge
9 ?
11 ?
Nothing is really set in stone.

At sixth level you should have enough fame to by one without finding it on a chronicle.

1) I'm not 100% positive, but with some level of certainty I can be expecting undead. I spent some time combing through scenerio blurbs and looking at the covers for any obvious signs of undead. There appear to be enough obvious undead scenerio for at least 1 every level and I'm totally ok with that level of frequency.
2) Buffing the party and healing will be my go to roles when not dealing with undead. Spell slots will go towards this and some of the later domain abilities facilitate this. Not to mention channeling heals too.
