Magical Item Name?

I'm trying to remember the name of a magical item, which I think is a staff. It allows the holder to cast 2 magic missiles each time it's activated for free but I can't remember it's name. Does anyone know the name of this item?

No this one was also less costly then those. I think it was under 20k. Did they remove some staves from pfs recently?
