Curious, are there any alternatives to amulet of natural armor that grant an enchantment bonus to natural armor?
Mainly, the spell barkskin. But there are also some similar items: belt of the snake king, cloak of the crusader, fetish of natural armor, ring of the beast, scale of the mariner.
in general ideas to increase AC while in a polymorphed shape would probably be helpful.
Spells like mage armor, shield, and shield of faith can be useful, as can standard items like a ring of protection and dusty rose prism ioun stone. But the biggest help would be actual armor; what sort of polymorph effect is it? If it has a long duration, you should just have a set of nonhumanoid armor made and get your party to help you put it on after transforming.

What about alternative ways to get enchantment bonuses to all of my attacks in form of the dragon?
If I can't find a permanent bonus to replace amulet of natural armor, perhaps I'll have more luck finding one to replace amulet of mighty fists.
Is thre a way to get a bonus from 2 amulets at the same time,? Like how theres an amulet that makes you able to use 3 rings?

You can add natural armor to an existing Amulet of Mighty fists. The enchantment would cost 50% extra.
If the item is one that occupies a specific place on a character's body, the cost of adding any additional ability to that item increases by 50%. For example, if a character adds the power to confer invisibility to her ring of protection 2, the cost of adding this ability is the same as for creating a ring of invisibility multiplied by 1.5.

If your GM allows custom items, yes.
