You are the harbinger of some future event. Whether this event bodes good or ill, you exude an ominous presence. You gain a +1 trait bonus on Intimidate checks, and Intimidate is always a class skill for you. Once per day, you may attempt to demoralize an opponent as a swift action.
Okey, you're level 4 now and traits are chosen at character creation. But if, for any reason, you get the opportunity to change an existing trait or gain a new one I recommend the one above.
It's hardly awesome but it's nice. At least to me, Demoralize Opponent is a too weak de-buff to be worth a standard action most of the time. Omen lets you use it as a swift action (albeit once per day) and as a bloodrager you're likely to have a swift action to spend.

do you play PFS?
If not, exchange your 8th Level bloodline power for the two rage powers intimidating glare and terrifying howl
The Power attack - Cornugon Smash - hurtful line is very powerful as well. One extra attack for the coast of 2 feats. The d20pfsrd does not say anything about Hobgoblin, but if you play by the books, you got to ask.
If you want to combine it with the rage powers, skip Cornugon Smash and just take power attack and hurtful. Effectively you stare as a move Action, attack as a Swift Action und howl as Standard Action, which hopefully makes your target flee in Terror. You've got to be fast though, but thankfully most bloodragers are fast.

Found it - it was Bugbears.

I am a fan of C. Smash + Power attack and a Cruel weapon. If you play Half-orc you can get an extra +2 to the Intimidate. I do not like wasting action economy and a Free action is FREE.
I personally dislike Dazzling display as a feat (By itself) as it takes a full-round action and you could have killed something by then typically. Sinking too many feats into just scaring enemies has never been my style. As a bloodrager your main role is to deal damage first. Anything else is just gravy. At least that is how I look at the game and action economy. Remember even with a -2 to attack they can still hit...and are still alive to try to kill you...if they are dead...they are not a threat and can no longer cause harm or turn the fight.

Magic items:
Hellscourge - you'll need exotic weapon proficiency though
Helm of fearsome mien - let's you get intimidating glare without Primalist as far as I can see
Feats:
Soulless Gaze - you need another damnation feat (propably useless to you) bu then you can easily Cornugon Smash and increase the fear conditions with every blow.
Disheartening display - you Need Dazzling Display as a prerequesite, but then you can increase fear effects for large numbers of opponents.
I don't know if any of these are banned in PFS.
