That is correct. SKR(Sean K Reynolds for the uninitiated), the creator of the archetype, said they were rays and all such feats apply.
Now, are you using the FAQ'd Weirdwords or the unwieldy original Weirdwords? I rather like the FAQ'd, myself. For one thing, it is now Sonic energy instead of B,S or P.

Here is the FAQ'd Weirdwords...
Weird Words (Su): At 6th level the bard can start a performance that is always a standard action to speak up to one word per 4 bard levels laden with sonic energy. Each word deals 4d6 points of sonic damage as a ranged touch attack with a range of 30 feet. The bard adds his charisma modifier on damage rolls with weird words. Multiple words that strike the same target stack into a single powerful attack, applying energy resistance and bonuses on damage rolls only once. The bard can target all words at the same or different targets, but he unleashes all words simultaneously. Each word costs 1 round of bardic performance. This performance replaces suggestion.
Bardic performance demanding, but I like what they did to it otherwise.

So... Weird words.
I think to recall that it worked as a ray... And I found here that Arcane strike worked with rays:
http://paizo.com/threads/rzs2nttl?Arcane-Strike-to-Rays#1Does that mean that arcane strike applies to weird words too?
The "confirmation" in that thread comes from a poster who's blithely ignoring the text of the Arcane Strike feat which says "you imbue your weapons".
Arcane Strike does NOT work with rays or any other spells, weapon-like, or otherwise.

No, the confirmation comes from this FAQ:
Ray: Do rays count as weapons for the purpose of spells and effects that affect weapons?
Yes. (See also this FAQ item for a similar question about rays and weapon feats.)
For example, a bard's inspire courage says it affects "weapon damage rolls," which is worded that way so don't try to add the bonus to a spell like fireball. However, rays are treated as weapons, whether they're from spells, a monster ability, a class ability, or some other source, so the inspire courage bonus applies to ray attack rolls and ray damage rolls.
The same rule applies to weapon-like spells such as flame blade, mage's sword, and spiritual weapon--effects that affect weapons work on these spells.
Arcane Strike is an effect that affects weapons, therefore, it affects rays.
It's a separate question whether or not the FAQ'd Weird Words ability is a ray--not all ranged touch attacks are rays.

Rays are not weapons they are spell effects. They don't exist when you use the arcane strike feat to charge up your weapons.

Apparently Arcane Strike doesn't charge up only the weapons that you have during the swift action, but rather charges up any weapons that you use during that entire round. Otherwise the Warlock's Mystic Bolts wouldn't work with Arcane Striker the way that Ultimate Intrigue says that they do.

I miss the old version. I used it in a PVP competition to crush everyone dealing 220 damage average with about 190 minimum each round. No one else in the competition dealer anywhere near that with touch attacks as a minimum including the names bullet gunslinger.
Nothing else dealt as much reliably, if you allowed the "all ten on one target" interpretation.
