Increasing Diplomacy Step Increases

Hey all.
For the life of me I can't seem to find anything that helps increase steps of Diplomacy outside of the Silver Tongued Human Alternate Racial Trait (replacing Skilled).

Do you know of any magic items to help perform a similar function, to change the Diplomacy Step Results (ie: increase by 3 instead of 2)? If not, would you allow one and if so how much would you price it as?

I don't think there is such a thing, or at least I could find it. In terms of pricing I'm not an expert but it would be low cost in my opinion. I mean it's basically a single point I. Race design that is pretty on par (in the designers view) with a half orcs sacred tattoo. Sacred tatoo only offers a +1 to saves which can be priced easy enough with cloak of resistance. The real loss is the item slot not the cost.

It works out too as I already have a Resistance bonus to saves from another source so I don't need the CoR.
