Hello Paizo,
I'm considering building a Cartomancer/Hedge Witch in order to be able to deliver some good ol' heals to my teamates from a distance. But I'm not sure if I have to roll a ranged touch attack on my ally (applying maluses if he's in melee etc.) to deliver a cure light wounds using the Cartomancer's abilities?
Your input is much appreciated.

Cartomancer:
At 3rd level, when the cartomancer uses the Deadly Dealer feat with a card from her spell deck, the card is not destroyed and gains the returning weapon special ability. In addition, the cartomancer can deliver a touch spell with a thrown card. This uses the Deadly Dealer feat (see below), except the attack is resolved as a ranged touch attack and the card deals no damage of its own. This ability can be used with any card (not just one from the cartomancer's spell deck).
Emphasis me, it also calls out attack (and touching an ally isn't an attack).
As well, it replaces the Familiar's Deliver Touch Spells ability (and functions similarly) which says:
...he can designate his familiar as the 'toucher'. The familiar can then deliver the touch spell just as the master could.
You don't have to attack your Allies with Cure Light Wounds so I would say you don't have to with a Spell Card from a Cartomancer as well; as it is delivering the spell as the Master (you) would (which doesn't require attack rolls).
Note: Assuming standard conditions, no concealment, etc. Simplified explanation a little too.

Keep in mind that the only issue is that like a Cleric, for a Hedge Witch to spontaneously cast a Cure Spell you must spend a full-round action (instead of a standard) to convert the spell and cast it.
But having ranged healing is a lot of fun and has saved more than a fair share of people (especially once you get Heal).

I'm bonkers. Serves me right for not quoting properly and going off of memory while on mobile.
I mixed up the rules for applying Metamagic to spontaneous Cures (which would take a FRA like an Oracle/Sorcerer applying Metamagics). My bad!
Ignore the previous post -.-'
