New to Pathfinder

Advice

I recently picked up Rise of the Runelords Anniversary Edition at the local bookstore for a decent price since they where going out of business. I have been a DM of AD&D 1st edition (Osric) for a while now and haven't ever touched anything beyond that edition of the game. I would like to get started with Pathfinder. I did find in the Runelords book I picked up that I should have the core rulebook, bestiaries 1-3, advanced player's guide, gamemastery guide, and inner sea world guide.
I was wondering if there is anything else essential to the campaign that I should have?
I did put in a order for these books (core rulebook, bestiaries 1-3, advanced player's guide, gamemastery guide, and inner sea world guide) along with a GM screen.

Wow, you're set to go! You only really *need* the CRB (core rule book) to play Rise of the Runelords (outside of the Rise of the Runelords book, that is). But hey, books are always fun! And those you listed are all great (and there is a lot of references to the Bestiaries). The only other book/material that do cover a bit more than you've already bought is the 'Pathfinder Player Companion: Varisia, Birthplace of Legends' which covers Varisia (the country that the campaign takes place in) a bit more in detail than the Inner Sea World Guide does. But you really don't need it. The Rise of the Runelords Anniversary Edition is very extensive as is.

Good luck!

One other thing if you plan on running rise that you may find useful is this amazing resource with some amazing people that I found indispensible.

I highly recommend HeroLab for making characters and managing encounters. Also d20pfsrd is a great resource and it's free!

You've chosen a decent selection of books, very similar to the selection I picked out when I first got started. There are tons of other great books worth recommending, but you can add those over time and nothing stands out as a "must have". Free resources like d20pfsrd can be cool to take a peek at what else is out there.

I reaffirm the things that have been written earlier --

1) You're set on books. Forever.
2) HeroLab is a great tool.
3) The SRD is indispensable.

I further recommend the Masterwork Tools app -- it's free, has Unchained, Occult, etc., and is great to be able to reference when the dusty tomes are at home. And a dice roller app -- Quick Dice Roller is my current preference.

I hope you enjoy the (P/M)athfinder system -- it's great fun, whether as-written or modified; let us know how it goes for you!
