Can they use racial only teamwork feats?

Dealing with a player Half orc Scald has a dip in Bloodrager too the Archetype that let him get companion. He uses it for his amplified rage power. Is that legit?

The Valet archetype is a familiar archetype, not an animal companion archetype.

Valet is a familiar archetype, not an animal companion archetype. A valet familiar doesn't need to meet the prereqs so does get the racial teamwork feats. An animal companion can't take the archetype so is out of luck.

Assuming you do, in fact, mean familiar - it is completely legit. No prerequisites are required, so the familiar can use the feat as long as it is adjacent and benefiting from raging song. This is one of the best skald dips available.
