What magic items that auto-cure / heal when below 0 HP?

Advice

Silver Crusade

I recently created a thread if there are any items that give Breath of Life. I was probably too specific with that thread.

However, I know there's at least one item that does an auto-CMW when the wearer of the Aegis of Recovery falls below 0HP.

Any other items (other than the Talismans in Occult which will do a BoL)?

Also from Occult, but not the BoL talisman:

Talisman of Healing Power: These talismans are inscribed with the names and symbols of spirits and other figures associated with healing. The first time that the wearer is reduced to fewer than 1/2 his maximum hit points, he automatically heals 4d8+7 hit points. Moderate conjuration; CL 7th; cure critical wounds.

There is the Dawnflower Sash which takes the Head OR Belt slot.

Unfortunately, it's only CLW, so maybe good at low levels but a serious hit won't help much. I guess you can take an immediate action when you're about to go unconcious?

I don't think there is anything else in the books I know.

(There used to be a 1E spell which did such a thing, but it wasn't used in later editions anymore. That was Tenser's Fortunes of War, which gave you a chance to survive when you dropped below zero HP. It was a 6th level arcane spell that worked only on fighters.)

it can also be put on shields.

Enduring Bloom does it using the weapon slot, and Milanite Armor in the armor slot.

Scarab Sages

Anything besides Regeneration that doesn't use positive energy? Maybe temp hit points? Us Black-blooded Bones Oracles need to live, too!

The pale orange rhomboid ioun stone and its flawed version don't actually do this, but they do save you from death and offer the possibility of getting back into the fight via magic jar, so I thought it worth bringing up.
