Doing pretty well, thanks! Back pain is nearly all gone and there were no problems with my kidneys, which further cements the fact it WAS the high dosage I was taking of Lyrica.
I FB messaged Kileanna today. A couple of summers ago we were daily chat buddies but real life has gotten in the way for the both of us. Here's hoping things turn out ok for her.

Sounds good!
Last night was chicken alfredo & noodles, (with Riced cauliflower for those of us on the NO-carb diet)
Tonight? Im thinking of beef stroganoff. I have some beef, not as much as I would LIKE to have, but enough to do the job. The son will get the noodles, and the wife and I will have it over Mashed Cauliflower or Riced Cauliflower. I havent decided. And probably Peas, that goes good with Stroganoff. :)
And it ACTUALLY got all the way down to (exactly) freezing here last night! So the usual southerners-are-freaking-out thing. But since it will be back up to mid 50's (F) by lunch, I'm not worried. ;P

OH, because I didnt get the chance to comment on this previously,...
RIP Stan Lee!
Sad comic-book-lover is sad. :(
Nevermore will his dulcet tones and grey-haired visage grace the latest marvel movie or video game.
(Unless they do a "Carrie Fisher' and digitally edit him into the shows & games. Heavens knows they have enough footage and sound bytes they could pull it off.) ;)

Any fans of hiking, outdoor trips, or travel here?
It's an array composed of backpack, flight bag, belts, waits bags, various pouches, external pockets, and other accessories that can be mixed and matched, connecting to each other with MOLLE, so you combine to your needs...
It would be nice if it succeeded and not wasted the time I spent translating a lot of it.
If you know anyone who could be interested in such gear, share it with them, please.

Huh, That looks really cool. I like the system design.
I'm not exactly an 'outdoorsman', but the rest of my family makes me look positively adventurous! :P
(They want to go to Disney and see the castle, I'd rather go to EUROPE and see a REAL castle!) ;)
Good luck with it!

Sigh.
My son's vehicle died today. I'm the farthest thing from a mechanic you'll ever meet but going by past experience I think it's the starter.
Mine hasn't been operable since April. Now we're faced with how to get him to Little Rock to leave with his band for a two night road trip. And how to get groceries for the weekend. Pantries are pretty bare. His mom will probably have to leave work early to get him where he needs to go. Not sure about the rest.
So yeah. Doom and gloom from me today.

You saw the castle ruins in the video?
