What normally happens when something reaches its hundredth birthday? I don't know that that's well defined in the myth, let alone in however you translate it to PF rules. First decide on those details, then you can decide how to extend it to situations with long-buried AIs on Golarion.
I'm not sure.... I don't think they considered Intelligent Magic items when they made Tsukogami (and AI are effectively Intelligent Magic items). Maybe they can't merge with a kami, or perhaps the tsukogami would possess the mental ability scores and abilities of the item.

(Searches) - Ah, Bestiary 5, explains why I hadn't seen it. Though 3 fairly goofy monsters and some vague text about the category don't really make the details decided IMO.
OK. So first question; is the computer like the AI's body (meaning it wouldn't separately awaken, any more than an elves toes would when they reach 100) or like the AI's equipment (meaning it might)? I'd go with the first, but I think you're assuming the second.
Assuming the second, has the AI been able to keep its computer in good condition? Does it have emotions? Does it act like it values and appreciates the computer?
If we are going to start introducing yokai in Pathfinder, I want my bakeneko.
In a pinch, I would settle for a nekomimi.
Let's say that the computer is the house for an AI. Let's also say it has a maintenance robot (or other caretaker) keeping it in working order. I'd imagine that it would be a case of the AI essentially possessing the kami. Basically, two minds, one body.

I said oldest working computer, The Antikythera Mechanism, as well as several other computers built before the Harwell Dekatron, are all inoperable. The replica of Babbage's computer doesn't (yet) count either, because it is a replica and therefore much newer than the design (which was never completely built in Babbage's time.
