Adding Spells to Spell List

Is there a way to add spells from lets say the wizards spell list, to the summoners spell list. Or is this impossible?

Playing a Samsaran with the Mystic Past Life alternate racial trait is probably the best way to go about this.

Another alternative is the Pathfinder Savant prestige class -- but a summoner would take too big a hit to his eidolon development for that to be a practical solution.

There's also the Ring of Spell Knowledge line of items.

Samsaren seems best bet, though I was hoping to be a kitsune because of the easy disguise with Realistic Likess. So I might use ring of spell knowledge. The spells are and [url=http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/r/refine-improvised-weapon]Refine Improvised Weapon.
