If there's a Cha-based divine caster, you could go with that for double the spells. Then pick up Mystic Theurge on one of your class tracks.
Splash a level of Fighter or Magus and do Eldritch Knight and/or Dragon Disciple. This will add in some melee/martial prowess, including some relevant stat bumps from Dragon Disciple.

Yeah, a 1-level Wizard (Evocation, Admixture) dip would let you change the damage type on your blaster spells a few times a day, in case you run into something that's immune. If you do enough levels each of Wizard/Sorcerer/Oracle/Fighter/Magus in whatever combination you like to qualify for Mystic Theurge and Eldritch Knight or Dragon Disciple, you can advance spellcasting in 3 different classes (Could do Wizard/Oracle with Mystic Theurge and then also advance Sorcerer with Eldritch Knight and/or Dragon Disciple). Your stats will be kind of stretched though, needing both Cha and Int as spellcasting stats and not completely wanting to dump Str (though don't have to pump too high thanks to Dragon Disciple and buff spells).

If you can find it, the Blockbuster Wizard guide can net you some awesome damage. At level 9 I used a cold damage fireball to take a succubus out in one shot. Empowered Fireballs out of level 3 slots are amazing.
For the Sorcerer side, Words of Power bypasses the issue of having no spells known, because you can mix effect words together to make spells of higher levels. No 3rd level spells known? Two 1st level words become a 3rd level spell for DC.

Depending on the type of game, you might also go with kineticist. Gestalt games give people lots of resources, and GM's often push that by making for long days without much chance to rest. Kineticist with ensure that you always have a base blast to fall back on and then you also have spells for more varied effects.
If you are thinking admixture, then instead of an admixture wizard, I'd go with a school savant arcanist. That gives you the potential to pump up the DC or caster level of your spells.
@Raiziel, That sort of split will ensure that their three casting classes are all at least 2 levels below the possible maximum for their level. I don't think getting an extra set of spells is worth it.
Also, in most gestalt games, they ban the prestige classes that are simply "

Was thinking of using a Crossblooded Dragon/primal bloodline for the damage bonus but I'm not really sure what else to pick from there.
Are you wanting to play a sorcerer OR a blaster and thought the damage bonus of a sorcerer was nice? Both are legit but you have options for both that vary.

For generic blasting I've long said that a theologian cleric or a admix wizard with a single dip of sorcerer level with elemental tended to be the best all around. The cleric had superior defenses to the wizard but the wizard had the best offense on the whole. A blaster doesn't gain much from gestalt aside from he can then have abilities to do more than that. So I would go one of two ways....
1) a cross blooded sorcerer and hospitalier paladin. You have access to strong saves, strong healing, full arcane spells, and solid blaster, along with martial weapons and D10 health per level, full BAB. The eldritch knight is crying with envy.
2) play a theologian cleric to take advantage of its free intensify spell feat and metamgic the heck out fireball with the metamagic reduction traits like wayang spell hunter. From there you can do what you want to do but I think a summoner stands out for its summons as a SLA. If not summoner then something else charisma based so you can also have great channeling.
