Can I wear multiple spell component pouches?

You absolutely can. The really good wizards do, in fact. There's nothing keeping you from wearing a dozen of them on you in various places, all within easy reach.

You can deck yourself out with extra dimensional spell component pouches like the unholy spawn of Santa and a 90s comic book hero, and nobody will really care. If the GM wants to get rid of you, they'll manage no matter how many spell component pouches you have. If you want to avoid mishaps, you'll probably only need two. Maybe sew one to the inside of one of your sleeves.
